The Vine Café and Market Owner, Karen Howard, staff, family, friends, and Chamber representatives celebrated their recent grand opening by holding a DC Chamber Ribbon Cutting on May 19th. The Vine Café & market is located at 6680 West Broad Street in Downtown Douglasville.
Started in October 2015, The Vine Cafe and Market is a farm-to-table family owned restaurant specializing in healthy, homegrown, multicultural dishes. The vision for The Vine is to establish a quick service restaurant that provides fresh tasting healthy cuisine. Located in the heart of downtown Douglasville, their mission is to bring a new and unique taste to the locals of Douglasville. The Vine offers a variety of dishes including chicken and waffles, a quinoa turmeric bowl, several naan and pizza options, fresh salads, homemade soups, smoothies, and ice cream.
Douglasville Community Development Manager, Patrice Williams, commented, “after working alongside Karen and her team over the last year, we are excited to welcome this new restaurant option to downtown Douglasville!”
