With sellers, he helps them make their property presentable and marketable by suggesting changes to ready the house for sale. JC was a Realtor in NC and FL and is currently licensed in both GA and SC. He holds an A.A. degree in Business Administration from Broward College, Davie, FL, and a B.S. degree in Political Science from Florida International University, Miami, FL. He has earned an international TEFL teaching certificate and has acquired hundreds of hours of Spanish language instruction through language immersion courses in both Mexico and Ecuador.
JC loves to travel and experience new places, people and cultures. When he’s not working, JC can read a good book for hours on end; on Sundays, he spends time with the family, mostly relaxing at home. He also volunteers his time, particularly concerned with keeping the environment clean, involving himself in litter pick-ups and beach clean ups, and he is always seeking worthwhile opportunities with which to involve himself.
JC loves his work because no two days are the same in the real estate industry — he never knows who will be on the other end of the phone. Most of all, he thoroughly enjoys playing his role in helping people buy or sell a house and move on to the next exciting stage of their lives.
